Venice and Chioggia
Today will begin with a tour information meeting and bike fitting. Afterwards, you will cycle on the bike path over the Liberty Bridge to Venice, where you will take the ferry to Lido and continue your bike journey with a marvelous view over the sea, to Chioggia. This quiet little town is reminiscent of the historic Venetian maritime supremacy, inviting you to stay and enjoy yourself in one of its typical fish restaurants.

Thermal Pools of Abano Terme
Before you start the stage, you should take some more time to enjoy the flair of the Venetian lagoon. The main route today follows the old river course of Bacchiglione, which was once used by cargo ships. Cycle to Vicenza
Today’s route will once again follow the Bacchiglione, passing through fertile fields on the way to Vicenza. The city, which was made famous by the star architect of the Middle Ages, Palladio, is home to numerous mansions and palaces that are based on his work and still characterize the cityscape today. The Teatro Olimpico and the Basilica are a must see for every visitor, and there are plenty of beautiful places to sit for a cappuccino break.

Bike to Bassano del Grappa and Grappa Tasting
From Vicenza, you will ride your bike on nice roads to Marostica, which is famous for its castle and the stone chess board in the main square. You are not far from today’s final destination of Bassano del Grappa anymore, with its covered wooden bridge and the famous brandy, grappa. In the Poli Grappa Museum a little Grappa tasting session is prepared for you.

In the morning you will cycle up some small hills, climbing to Asolo – an idyllic village of Roman origin – where you can stop for a break. Afterwards, the trail descends slightly and you will cycle into the region of the world famous Prosecco and further to Treviso with its many attractions.

Return to the Lagoon City of Venice
The final day of cycling will bring you back to the starting point of your adventure by cycling along the River Sile to Casale, before heading back toward Venice. Your accommodation is located on the mainland before Venice with an excellent bus connection to the lagoon city. At the end of your tour, not far from Marcus square, you can look forward to a little grappa tasting session.
