Day 1

Day 1: Arrival in Frankfurt an der Oder

Welcome to Frankfurt an der Oder, a small, but old university town on the border with Poland with a number of notable sights, from Gothic architecture to the impressive university itself. Check in to your hotel and go over the information and maps so you'll be ready to start biking tomorrow.

Day 2

Day 2: Frankfurt an der Oder to Groß Neuendorf/Altewin

Overnight Location - Hotel in Groß Neuendorf/Altewin | Distance - 58km - 65km | Meals - Breakfast

Your cycling begins today through the Oderbruch marshes and along beautiful tree-lined avenues. Admire the view from the top of the dykes on the way to Groß Neuendorf or Altewin, two small rural villages with quiet countryside charm.

Day 3

Day 3: Groß Neuendorf/Altewin to Schwedt/Oder

Overnight Location - Hotel in Schwedt/Oder | Distance - Approx. 65km | Meals - Breakfast

The Lower Oder Valley National Park is the only national park in Germany dedicated to riverside meadows, and you’ll be enjoying the vast grassy, flower-dotted fields today.

On the way to Schwedt/Oder, be sure to take a break at the 12th-century ruins of Stolper Grützpott.

Day 4

Day 4: Schwedt/Oder to Löcknitz

Overnight Location - Hotel in Löcknitz | Distance - 80km | Meals - Breakfast

Continuing through the Lower Oder Valley, it's a pleasant ride through the meadows on the way to Löcknitz. Overnight in this small town and head out to see its historic castle.

Day 5

Day 5: Löcknitz to Ueckermünde

Overnight Location - Hotel in Ueckermünde | Distance - 58km | Meals - Breakfast

Today you pedal through the vast moorlands, past the Uecker River and the Stettiner Haff lagoon. Finally, you reach Ueckermünde, a picturesque harbour town where you can walk along the waterfront and enjoy many restaurants.

Day 6

Day 6: Ueckermünde to Usedom Island

Overnight Location - Hotel in Usedom Island | Distance - Approx. 28 km + ferry + 35 –50 km | Meals - Breakfast

Wake up early to catch the ferry heading over to the sunny island of Usedom. You'll have the day to ride around this beautiful place, with white sandy beaches, a pretty seaside town to explore, and wonderful spas.

Day 7

Day 7: Exploring Usedom Island

Overnight Location - Hotel in Usedom Island | Distance - None | Meals - Breakfast

You've got a full day today to make the most of the sights at the Island of Usedom. You could get a cute beach hut and soak up the sun, bike along the promenade, visit a local museum, and watch the sunset over the Ahlbeck Pier. Whatever you do, enjoy your time here.

Day 8: Departure from Usedom Island

The rental bikes will be delivered to your hotel at 8 am on Day 1. The bike will be picked up from the last hotel when the tour finishes.

Yes. If you bring your own bike, it should be a road bike suitable for the demands of the tour.
