Your ride starts from Palazzolo Acreide but, before cycling, you will admire its historical monuments through the picturesque lanes in the mediaeval part of the town. Cycle through the ibleo territory where landscapes are sometimes wild and bare and sometimes full of vegetation, but always beautiful with their characteristic dry stone walls.

Modica Tour and Bike to Pozzallo
Before leaving the town of Modica, an amazing aristocratic village that rises on a cliff, you must taste the delicious spicy chocolate and visit the magnificent 18th century Church of San Giorgio. You will cycle downhill along a typical quarry of the iblei, reaching the town of Scicli, a very evocative town. Visit the centre with the ample Piazza Italia, the monuments, and other impressive and scenographic buildings such as the Saint Barthelemy Church, looking out over a rocky landscape of ever-changing colours. After the visit, you will pedal to the marine centre of Pozzallo.

You will cycle on the flat until you reach the Isola delle Correnti, the most remote point of the continent between the Ionian Sea and the Mediterranean Sea, the same latitude as Tunisi. On the way you will have the chance to taste the wonderful “Vino D’Avola” in one of the many cellars.
