Route Description for Wilde Creek Loop Trail
Hiking the Wilde Creek Loop is a fantastic outdoor adventure that will allow you to relax and reconnect with nature, while meandering along the densely forested trails of the Sunshine Coast. The trail sets out from the end of Wilde Road and heads northwest along a cycling trail before turning to the west and crossing over a road. From here, you will be faced with a trail junction and should take the path to the left in order to get most of the elevation gain out of the way early. As you continue hiking uphill amongst the moss-covered trees, the trail will begin to level out and you will reach the northernmost part of the trail. Continue around the loop and follow the trail as it descends slightly to arrive at another junction. Take the path to complete the forested loop and return to the trailhead where you began your journey.
