Hiking the Inland Lake Loop is a family-friendly hiking route for those looking for a bit of a longer trek without much in the way of added difficulty. With a trailhead located at the Inland Lake Campground, you can even make an entire camping weekend out of it! Setting out on the trail, make your way around the lake in a counterclockwise direction, as you follow along the eastern shore of the lake. As you wind through the pristine forest setting, take some time to admire the amazing views that stretch across the calm waters of the lake. Due to the well-maintained nature of the trails and the easy-going terrain, you will make your way around the heavily-wooded shores of Inland Lake in no time and find yourself back at the campsite ready to start your next adventure.
Getting to the Inland Lake Loop Hike Trailhead
To reach the parking area for the Inland Lake Loop from Powell River, make your way north for 1.5mi along Manson Avenue and turn right onto Cassiar Street. After 984ft, turn left onto Yukon Avenue and follow it for 0.6mi to turn right on Haslam Street. Continue for 1.4mi and make a slight left, following the road for another 2.2mi. Turn right and you will find the entrance to the Inland Lake Campground and the trailhead in 1.0mi on the left.Route Information
