Route Description for Butts Brow and Jevington Circular Walk
The Butts Brow and Jevington Circular Walk is located in a beautiful area of South Downs National Park and showcases the stunning scenery that this park is known for. Heading from the carpark, you will begin your walk along the furthest eastern edge of the South Downs. The path will take you into the small village of Jevington, where you can see traditional flint cottages lining the streets. Continue along this path until you reach the area where you began, as this is a circular walk.
Getting to the Butts Brow and Jevington Circular Walk Trailhead
To get to the Butts Brow and Jevington Circular Walk from Polegate, head southeast on Hailsham Road/B2247 and at the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto High Street. Turn left onto Eastbourne Road/A2270 and then turn right onto Coopers Hill. Turn right onto Butts Lane and then take a slight right to stay on Butts Lane. Turn right to stay on Butts Lane and arrive at your destination.Route Information
