Route Description for Roger’s Creek Nature Trail
If you are a fan of lively rainforest settings packed with diverse plant and animal life, then the Roger’s Creek Nature Trail is a fantastic option for a fun day of hiking in Port Alberni. Setting out from the trailhead, make your way through the dense forest to the southeast along the winding banks of Roger’s Creek, climbing slightly uphill before turning to the south for the loop portion of the hike. This will see you leave the creek behind to make your way east through the forest, experiencing a peaceful atmosphere highlighted by trickling waterfalls and moss-covered trees.
