Route Description for Lumpy’s Epic
Lumpy’s Epic is a largely forested hiking route along the southern edge of Pemberton, BC, that sets out from One Mile Lake and climbs uphill through the forest. This moderate trail has a slight elevation gain and travels along some reasonably easy terrain, making the route suitable for hikers of most skill levels. Along the way, you’ll be surrounded by a tranquil forest setting and will come across several scenic viewpoints overlooking the valley and surrounding mountains. As you continue around the loop, you’ll eventually stroll along the eastern shore of One Mile Lake before returning to the trailhead. This hike is a great outdoor activity around Pemberton that you can cap off with a relaxing day by the lakeside beach.
