Route Description for Beeley Village Walk
The Beeley Village Walk is the perfect family-friendly trail for getting out on the weekend to explore the stunning Peak District due to its relatively short overall length and easy accessibility. Setting out from the roadside trailhead, make your way northwest across the moor to pass by the Raventor Triple Cairns on your right and continue on in the direction of Chatsworth House. Eventually, you will descend the hillside to the southwest and make your way across the open farmland terrain to arrive in the sleepy village. From here, ther trail turns to the east and climbs uphill along Beeley Brook to pass through a tranquil stretch of forest on the return journey to the trailhead where you started the walk.
