Route Description for Valley Park Loop
Whether you are looking for a great place to walk your dog or take your kids out to burn off some energy while exploring the forest, the Valley Park Loop offers some laid back woodland terrain for you to enjoy the outdoors.
Setting out from the car park, you will immediately be met by the paved trail that loops around the entire park. While you can take this in either direction, this route guide works in a clockwise direction. From the car park, head left along the path to walk along the edge of the field, eventually entering into the cover of the forest.
As you work your way around the loop, you will experience intermittent periods of tree cover, so it is best to wear sunscreen on a bright day. If you want to extend the length of your walk, there are several pathways that branch off from the main loop. If not, simply keep right along the path to eventually arrive back at the car park where you began.
