Route Description for Haweswater Reservoir Circular Walk
The Haweswater Reservoir Circular Walk is a fun adventure in the eastern part of the Lake District that is popular because of its lengthy route and lakeside views. The trail follows closely along the edge of Haweswater Reservoir, taking you along its western shores for views of Brown Howe, Selside Pike, and High Howes on the opposite side of the water. After working around the southern portion of the lake, you will make your way along the eastern shore while enjoying views of Kidsty Pike, Raven Howe and Red Crag. After popping into the Haweswater Hotel to recharge mid-walk, continue along the edges of the lake until you arrive back at the trailhead.

To reach the trailhead for the Haweswater Reservoir Circular Walk from the village of Brampton, drive southwest for 1.4mi and continue straight for another 0.2mi to arrive at the starting point of the walk.Route Information
