Route Description for Pocahontas Trail
The Pocahontas Trail is also known as the Pocahontas Upper Loop. This trail is a beautiful loop with a lollipop option to hike to the incredible Punchbowl Falls. The falls have their own trailhead, but it is a more scenic route to connect with the Pocahontas Loop. From the trailhead, travel 100 m before reaching a junction. Both trails to the left and straight ahead are 300 m to the next junction, so you may choose your own adventure here. Join the outer loop at the next junction by continuing on the main path until reaching the Punchbowl Falls junction. Take the detour to the falls and return back to complete the full loop.
