Embark on your exciting journey along the Owl’s Perch Hike from the trailhead. From the trailhead, track south on the LodgePole Loop Trail. Shortly after your departure, you will encounter a junction at the picnic area. Keep left on the LodgePole Loop Trail. Hike this route past the Owl’s Perch Trail intersection to get a few extra steps in.
Travel along the path for a few clicks or until the trail’s end before turning around and retracing your steps back to the junction. At the intersection, turn left and trek the Owl’s Perch Trail. Hike around the loop, enjoying the beauty of the towering aspens and pine trees. Soon you will be delivered back onto the LodgePole Loop Trail. Retrace your steps along the path back to the trailhead.
