For those staying in the Snowmass Village area that want a nice and easy route to see some of the surrounding sights, you will want to explore the Village Bound, Sleigh Ride, and Nature Loop Trail. This easy-going trail features laidback terrain and a short overall distance, making it suitable for all ages and skill levels.
Setting out from the parking lot, you will initially head to the southeast to arrive at the other side of Snowmass Mall and the Westin Resort. From here, you will turn to the southwest in order to traverse several ski runs while taking in views of the surrounding mountains. After passing by some chalets, you will enter into the cover of the forest and follow the trail west, where it will eventually loop back around on the return leg into the parking lot where you began your adventure.
