If you are after a bit of a longer walk through the open terrain of the Devon countryside that will also take you along the picturesque coast for stunning views overlooking the English Channel, then the Ringmore to Kingston Coastal Path is a great option. Setting out from the trailhead, you will make your way east through the charming village of Ringmore before climbing uphill through the open countryside and peaceful forests to the northwest on the way to Kingston. From here, you will descend the hillside to the southwest in order to reach the coast. Once there, you will head south along the edge of the water and take in the gorgeous views across the English Channel while witnessing the waves continuously crash upon the secluded coves that can be found along the coastline. Continue on the east to traverse the undulating terrain along the shore until you arrive back at the starting point of the walk in Ringmore.

To get to the trailhead for the Ringmore to Kingston Coastal Path from The Journeys End Inn in Ringmore, head northeast for 150ft and turn left. Continue on for 0.2mi to reach the starting point of the walk.Route Information
