Route Description for Beesands Quarry Walk
If you are after an amazing beach walk with stunning views of the English Channel, then the Beesands Quarry Walk might just be the trail for you. Setting out from the car park at the Church House Inn, you will make your way to the southeast to traverse open fields and serene forests that make up the terrain between you and the village of Beesands. Just before the village, you will descend the hillside toward the beach and turn north to walk along the coast on the way to Torcross. Here, you will find another amazing beach where you can spend some time in the sun. After taking in the views across the water, make your way along the road to the northwest to return to the starting point of your walk.
Getting to the Beesands Quarry Walk Trailhead
To reach the trailhead for the Beesands Quarry Walk from Kingsbridge, drive southwest on Promenade/A379 for 5.2mi and take the second exit at the roundabout. After another 0.3mi, turn left to enter the car park.Route Information
