The Dartmoor Circular Walk: Hare Tor, Fur Tor, Lynch Tor is a fantastic option if you are after a rough and rugged walking adventure in Dartmoor National Park that will require you to use some route finding skills to produce stunning views of the surrounding Devon countryside. Setting out from the car park, you will initially walk along the road to the east before breaking out onto the open moor for a fun off-trail adventure. Along this portion of the walk, you will traverse the undulating terrain, climb up several tors, and cross over streams that characterize the barren, yet beautifully scenic landscape. After looping through the countryside, you will turn back to the west on the return leg across the moor to eventually arrive back at the trailhead.

To reach the trailhead for the Dartmoor Circular Walk: Hare Tor, Fur Tor, Lynch Tor from Tavistock, head east on Mount Tavy Road/A386 for 6.3mi and turn right. After 150ft, turn left to enter the car park.Route Information
