Crans Montana Resort Walk

The Crans Montana Resort Walk is a great way to get acquainted with the surrounding area and its offerings. Along the path, you will encounter the famous Rue du Prado and its boutiques, Lake Grenon, Lake Moubra and Lake Etang Long, and the Moubra forest. This walk will introduce you to the diversity that can be found in Crans-Montana and is suitable for families.
Route Description for Crans Montana Resort Walk
Setting out from the starting point of the Crans Montana Resort Walk along Walliser Sonnenweg, you will make your northeast to the shores of Etang Grenon, before turning south toward the edge of Etang de la Moubra.
After taking in the views across the water, the path will lead you southwest along the edge of the golf course to meet up with one of the main roads leading through the resort. Turning right here, you will follow the road north as it passes by Etang Long on the return to the trailhead where you began.
Getting to the Crans Montana Resort Walk Trailhead
To reach Crans-Montana by car, take the exit of the A9 motorway (Rhône motorway) called "Sierre ouest". At the motorway exit, turn left and follow the signs for "Sierre". At the roundabout, turn right. Continue for 1640ft, then at the entrance to Sierre, turn left following the signs for "Crans-Montana". The journey time is about 20 minutes. Once you arrive in Crans-Montana, follow the signs for the Rhodania car park.Route Information
