While out walking the trail, you will traverse the picturesque Cornwall countryside to reach the coast, before exploring the charming village of Port Isaac that is most well known for its role as the fictional village of Portwenn in the television series Doc Martin. This is a great adventure if you are looking to experience the landscape of Cornwall and take in some nice views of the sea.

Route Description for St Endellion to Port Isaac Walk

Whether you are a big fan of the television series Doc Martin and are hoping to explore the fictional village of Portwenn, or are simply looking for an amazing afternoon on the trails, the St Endellion to Port Isaac Walk offers an excellent opportunity to experience some amazing views of the Cornish Sea.

Setting out from the trailhead in St Endellion, you will make your way to the northwest and pass through the village of Trelights, before continuing on across the beautiful farmland to reach the Roscarrock Manor Farm. From here, you will head to the northeast and descend into a wooded valley, where you will eventually arrive at the coast.

Continuing on to the northeast, you will follow the coastal path as it works around the rugged landscape to eventually arrive in the charming village of Port Isaac. Here, you can explore the city streets, checking out the shops, cafes, restaurants, and filming locations for the Doc Martin series. After exploring the village, you will head to the southeast through a wooded valley, climbing uphill and traversing the open farmland on the return leg back to St Endellion where you began.
