Setting out from the car park in Crackington Haven, you will make your way west across the bridge to meet up with the South West Coast Path, following it as it leads to the southwest to climb up the rugged coastal terrain. Here, you will enjoy some lovely views along the coast, as you make your way over two streams and head downhill along a set of steps that lead to a series of footbridges at the base of the headland.
After crossing over to the other side, you will climb up the steep slopes of Cambeak, where you will enjoy some beautiful views along the Cornish Coast. Continuing on to the southwest, you will skirt along the elevated terrain with the cliffside on your right and open fields to your left, eventually arriving at the edge of Strangles Road.
