Route Description for Little Hampden Circular Walk
The Little Hampden Circular Walk in the Chilterns begins from Little Wood and takes through a montage of scenery: woodland, viewpoints overlooking the English countryside, and, depending on the season, bluebells blanketing the land. This family-friendly walk will keep moans of “I’m bored” at bay, making it an enjoyable walk for all ages! However, during the winter and later autumn months, the path can get muddy, which may cause some complaints. Do note that the slippery path may not be best for younger kids—or those of you with unstable footwear! But when the sun’s shining, this hike is a must-do. One of the highlights is the view atop Coombe Hill.
