Route Description for Coombe Hill and Bush Hill Circular
Wind through open fields, woodland, and up hills to stunning views of the Chilterns sprawled below on the Coombe Hill and Bush Circular. Do note that a car park can get busy, so it’s best to leave early to ensure you find a parking spot. The loop begins in a counterclockwise direction, so when you set out from your car, go to the bottom of the parking lot (closer to the entrance where you drove in), and you’ll see three paths. Take the middle path, which will take you towards Coombe Hill Monument. Spend some time here before continuing on your loop, which travels through open fields and woodland towards Ellesborough. Keep following the loop through Whiteleaf Hill, woodland, and more open fields, and the path will eventually lead you back to Coombe Hill Car Park.
