Hike along the Skunk Canyon Spur Trail before merging left onto the Kohler Mesa Trail.
Walk along the now shaded terrain through ponderosa pines. Eventually, you will merge onto the Mesa Trail before reconnecting with the Skunk Canyon Trail.
